Today I woke up and after my usual 10 minutes it takes to realize it was time to get out of bed I actually woke up and felt great. I haven’t felt like this in a long time. I tried something new yesterday with my diet. And I’m wondering if that had something to do with it. I ate a ton of protein and ton of fiber. I lost 2lbs but let’s not talk about the scales right now. They are not in my good books. So I’m going to try it again today and see if that helps. And if it continues I might try it for a whole week and see what that does.
I didn’t get to run yesterday and I won’t be able to run again today. Some errands came up that I urgently need to take care of. I’ll try and get some exercise in over the weekend hopefully.
